1. 15th February 0933 - 1003 UTC

Called to assist a dog trapped on a buoy off Instow beach. Appledore boarding boat recovered the animal to the beach safe and well.

2. 4th April 1411 - 1508 UTC

Overturned RIB off Instow. Two persons on board, recovered by Appledore ILB, safe and well

3. 16th April 2004 - 2315 UTC

Assisted Westward Ho! Coastguard with a cliff search from Sea fields to Babbacombe beach. Red flare seen off shore. Nothing found.

4. 24th May 0927 - 1000 UTC

Fishing vessel with engine trouble off instow beach. Red flare fired .Vessel towed to mooring by Appledore ILB.

5. 14th July 1339 - 1412 UTC

Assisted Westward Ho! Coastguard in beach search for a missing boy on Westward Ho! beach. Casualty found safe and well.

6. 26th July 0804 - 0956 UTC

Assisted Westward Ho! Coastguard. Bullock escaped from Barnstaple cattle market and entered R Taw at Barnstaple Long Bridge, becoming stuck in mud. The animal was in severe distress and was put down at the scene by a vet.

7. 8th August 1430 - 1508 UTC

Assisted Westward Ho! Coastguard in recovering a dog over the cliff at Green cliff. Animal recovered safe and well.

8. 8th August 1537 - 1648 UTC

Assisted Westward Ho! Coastguard in a beach search for four missing children. All four located safe and well on Westward Ho! beach.

9. 24th August 1025 - 1222 UTC

Assisted Westward Ho! Coastguard. Three boys in a small dinghy reported stuck on a sandbank in the R. Taw at Barnstaple. Weather conditions very poor with NW gale and rain. Three boys and dinghy recovered to shore at Castle Quay slipway by Appledore ILB. Safe and well.

10. 4th September 0134 - 0150 UTC

Male fell from Barnstaple Long Bridge. Recovered by Devon Fire and Rescue and Police units. Stood down en route.
